宁夏工会摘全国桂冠

News Summary
On September 19, the Ningxia Federation of Trade Unions team took first place in the 2025 “China Dream · Labor Beauty” National Workers’ Exercise Competition. Out of 31 teams from across the country, the Ningxia squad earned the top spot – the best result ever for a Ningxia team in a national event of this kind.

The team was made up of 20 employees from Ningxia Transportation Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd., ranging from highway toll collectors to front‑line construction workers. Dressed in matching sports jerseys, they performed with precise, powerful movements, excellent rhythm, and great coordination, earning enthusiastic applause from the audience.

To prepare, the participants practiced “on‑the‑job drills, after‑work drills, and weekend drills,” fitting training into spare moments without neglecting their regular duties. This victory is not an isolated incident; in recent years Ningxia workers have repeatedly succeeded in national workplace sports contests, showing how physical activity can boost both health and team spirit.

Reflection and Inspiration
These results come from everyday diligence, mutual help, and the wisdom to balance work and training. Whether on a construction site, at a toll booth, or at home, living with integrity and supporting one another moves the whole community forward and gives each person the physical and mental rest needed amid a busy life.

A timeless truth reminds us that in the toil and ambition of life we should look after one another and give the weary a place of rest. Carrying this simple principle into our jobs and families honors labor and watches over our shared life together.
